Comments on Project work: We had three written bids on a project to add ½ bath to our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium that was built in 1900. We selected Calyx Homes even though their bid was not the lowest. What influenced our decision was the professional detail and clarity of their proposal and the friendly but clearly experienced demeanor of Bob Brierley and his team. The Calyx recommendations from prior clients were also impressive. Calyx Homes met or exceeded our expectations by completing the project on time and producing wonderful results. The Vendors they recommended to select the bathroom furnishings were excellent and offered a wide choice of fixtures by price, design and quality. During the project Julie kept us well informed of progress as did the framing, electrical and plumbing, teams. They were consistently kind, professional and sensitive to the inevitable disruption a project of this kind causes in an occupied home. It was also clear that each of the teams working under her supervision worked well together. Calyx also responded very well when we requested work beyond the original scope of the project. They promptly furnished the cost estimate, we approved and the work was done. Overall, we were impressed and you can be sure we will call Calyx Homes first when our next project appears!
