F.K.A. Rhode Island Yoga Studio. Bend Studio is located in the treacherous Emporium in the center of the URI campus. Despite being in the college hub, I don't think URI kids make up the majority of the students at Bend. I will make the journey to South County for Nicole Defelice & Isabella Sanderson, two instructors who teach regularly at Bend. Both primarily teach power vinyasa. Both play excellent music in the studio when they're teaching. Both are so joyful, challenging, & fun. Both are 2 of the best yoga instructors I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. I've been going to Rhode Island Yoga Center, for a few months now to do coaching and sound bath healing with Eileen. She is an amazing healer and has helped me so much. It's a big beautiful space that's very welcoming and cozy & everyone there is very sweet. The yoga room is large with nice floors. It's a great place!1

RI yoga studio is a home away from home for so many. It is a safe space for all walks of life and for any type energy one may be carrying with them. The instructors are each incredible guides, down to earth humans, and absolutely inspiring individuals in their yoga practice as well as in their personal scope. The studio is a melting pot for community artisans and entrepreneurs to showcase their art, jewelry, services, and more. The studio has not only created a beautiful community within itself, but it has strengthened the local community as a whole. I truly cannot say enough good things about RI yoga center.
