I had a great experience with John Gilles for my septic cleaning. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He explained everything clearly, gave really good recommendations, and finished the job quickly and thoroughly. His friendliness truly stood out.
We had our septic tank pumped. John Gilles was very friendly. We thought the cover was replaced upside down and called to have him return. He showed us that he put it on correctly. The underside was visibly eroded and the topside was smooth. It was upside down probably from the when the septic was installed years decades ago. He was very good to come and explain everything to us and not annoyed at all.
The receptionist on the phone who called to have John return was also exceptional. I didn’t catch her name. It was August 29th about 4PM.
John Gilles didn’t exceptional job!
He was polite, and efficient.
I may have given him some misinformation on location, but he kept digging with a smile on his face and eventually found the right location (my bad, sorry!)
Once we found the right hole to dig. He was on his way and did a great job fast and efficient.
I highly recommend the service!
