While the Doctor and Staff are polite and I would recommend. There is one part I did care for. To book my surgery they need to hold my credit card for and out of pocket charges my Insurance doesn't cover. A BLIND Bill! Heck No! I want the bill first then pay with credit card. Full medical disclosure.

Dr Quay diagnosed my wife's throat cancer and has set up a team to make sure it gets treated and cured can't say enough about this office The Dr and the staff have been nothing but understanding and professional

The receptionist and others at the front desk were so nice and pleasant! Very busy people but were professional the whole time, especially when dealing with rude clients. The doctor I saw made me feel unheard (no pun intended) and I felt that none of my issues were solved. I think he was trying not to roll his eyes as I told him about my ear pain, as if I was making it all up for fun. Usually when I leave an appointment, even if I don’t have answers/resolutions/plans for the future, I at least feel some sort of comfort knowing that I saw a professional. This made me feel worse.
