We purchased our pool and hot tub last year from Pools Plus. Being new owners of a pool has been challenging. However the people and pools plus have been incredible. Any time we call with questions they are always so willing to take the time to answer any questions. Their techs have stopped by several times to help us. They literally go above and beyond to help us. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pool or hot tub!

We had a very great experience with this company, putting in an ingrown pool liner they were a pleasure to work with on time and delivered what they told us they were going to deliver if I had to recommend I would recommend this company again. They even called to check to see how everything was doing. Thank you Mary Brown.

Well sadly pool season is over. I have waited a while to write this review but for reference I purchased an above ground pool from pools plus and had their contractor installed the pool. I also have visited pools plus over the pool season for water analysis and accessories. When the season ended I had the pools plus team close my pool.
The purchase and installation process: Pools plus has a great sales team that communicates effectively and is very responsive. Wayne is a very nice guy who came out (whom I believe is the owner) gave us a brief understanding of what to expect for the construction process recommended placement, systems, pool model etc..... read full review
