I would defiantly recommend Liz Carey if you need OT. I have seen her for two bicep tendon repairs and she was awesome. Liz makes the whole process as enjoyable at PT can be with her knowledge and upbeat and positive personality.
Over the years, my wife and I have both received exceptional service from "Pappas Physical Therapy" at the 1539 Atwood Avenue facility. (I am currently undergoing Hand-Therapy for my recent injury.) From the time one registers into their Online System to the therapy received by my Hand Therapist, Jackie, one can readily see that this facility has a professional staff and is a well-managed facility Even though I joke with Jackie and Sarah that OT does NOT stand for Occupational Therapist, but, rather for "Official Torcherer", I can see much improvement in the movement of my hand. I still have a way to go; but, I will get there, I am certain, with Jackie's help and Sarah coaching me. Jackie, who is my chief hand therapist, as well as Sarah and Amanda, who I have also had as therapists, are truly consummate professionals. Jackie truly knows what she is doing (as does Sarah and Amanda). I cannot say enough good things. As stated, my wife and I have undergone previous Physical Therapy by a number of great Physical Therapists, some of whom are still there and others who have been promoted to other positions within the company. (Namely, BETH who has taken over greater office responsibilities; DAN who is now a Regional Manager; and SEAN who has taken over the responsibility of Managing this Facility. This company knows how to recognize its staff members which, I am sure, makes it a great place to be employed.) I appreciate the help I have received from the Johnston office! The medical secretaries at the main desks are great with setting up what you need and getting everything you need from your insurance co. Sean Rush has been great with my Vertigo therepy! Not only is he professional but a wealth of knowledge! I am so glad I found this place!
