I've been seeing Dr. Austin for years and have had nothing but good experiences. It can be hard to to get an appointment sometimes, but if I really need to be seen, I call in first thing in the morning and am usually able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Austin listens to any concerns I have, which can sometimes be a lot, and he works with me on any treatment plans I may have/need. He does not simply just diagnose and pump me with meds, but instead we try to look at things as more of a whole body/holistic view. I really appreciate having him as my doctor!
I called 3 weeks ago as a new patient, the receptionist was so nice. My appointment was today, the whole experience was flawless. I met with Alexandria Colangio RNP, she was so receptive about my questions, she was honest, kind and fun to talk to. I called this place after reading all the 1 star reviews and was a little concerned about it but as I said, as a new patient they gave me an appointment pretty fast, and my experience was positive.
My PCP is located here. The convenience of both the hours and the patient portal & quick response time is fantastic. I have been a patient for several years. Sometimes waits can be long, but primary care in RI is scarce. It's also a one stop shop. Lots of specialists located in the same building. Additionally, there is east side clinical and RIMI located there as well. Off street parking, and located conveniently on Atwood ave.
