We have had a great experience working with William, our Payroll Specialist and his team. They are professional, reliable, and consistently handle payroll matters with accuracy and attention to detail. They are always responsive to questions and take the time to explain things clearly, making the payroll process smooth.
As a small business owner, I can't say enough good things about ConnectPay. Their team has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. What really sets them apart is the personal touch. I never feel like I'm calling a large company or getting lost in an 800-number system. Instead, it feels like I'm calling a trusted friend who genuinely wants to help.
They've consistently provided excellent service, answered my questions promptly, and made payroll and HR much less stressful. If you're looking for a payroll company that truly values its clients and treats you like a person instead of an account number, I highly recommend ConnectPay.
