I have been following Lily for the past 3 years. I initially booked an appointment to fix a horrible color and cut at another salon in town. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was nervous trying a new stylist.
My experience went beyond measure, she listens closely to your ideas, clarifies on the color choices available and explains the process as she works with you.
I couldn't be more at ease when I'm in her chair. I am a redhead and its difficult to work with this color and match correctly, but she nailed it!
