I had a new furnace installed a little over a year ago by another highly advertised and overrated local company.
I awoke freezing, and found that this new furnace wasn’t working. Due to the fact that the warranty had just expired, they didn’t consider me a “current customer” and refused to come out to repair it.
I contacted R. Smith Oil and was assured that they would send a technician.
To my surprise, Corey arrived almost immediately even though it was a holiday!
He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
I cannot begin to thank Corey and R. Smith Oil Company enough, for your outstanding and affordable service.

Corey was absolutely fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the issue with our boiler and made the necessary repairs efficiently. What truly stood out was his dedication — he went above and beyond, staying well past his usual working hours to fine-tune the pump pressure and nozzle configuration until everything was running perfectly. This level of thoughtful, thorough service is becoming rare, and we truly appreciate Corey’s time, expertise, and commitment to getting the job done right.
