“I had to board my 2 dogs there last July and I didn't have to jump through hoops and red tape to get it done. I was coming from out of State so I didn't have a chance to "temporarily" board them as other kennels required. The owner was very friendly and made sure both I and my dogs were treated good.“

Not only do they take 4 hours or so, my dog always left shaking and running for the door. At Joyful grooming, my dog leaves very happy and so do I. They work with few dogs at a time giving them individual attention. They are consistent with the quality of grooming and just very kind people! 10/10“

Before I left they answered any questions I had, and when I was gone they were very responsive to both email and phone call. When I called to check in on my dog, they gave me an extremely detailed update which was greatly appreciated! “I have been taking my dog to be groomed for almost 6 years. The high rating comes from my dog who gets excited as soon as I stop and then pulls me to get inside. Every time I have dropped off or picked up the dogs are all happy and getting along. All the groomers are happy and welcoming and I think that positive energy calms the animals.
