I do not really write reviews that much, but there are certain reviews that you cannot let it go by. Jeffrey Mateus is probably one of the best Professionals that I ever met, he has so much knowledge about the market, houses and just about anything that you can think of that has to do with houses. He will pretty much hold your hand and show you A – Z how to sell a house and in case you need to fix something, he will probably recommend someone very reliable for a very fair price. I bought a house in East Providence 5 years ago with another real estate agent. What a mistake, Mateus was the other realtor at the time. When it came time to sell the house, I went with Mateus Reality this time, and what a difference it makes when someone has 40 years of experience. After the inspection I had to upgrade several things, some electrical work, some plumbing, and carpentry. Luis Mateus turned into the best general contractor you could have. Having dealt with Mateus Realty on several projects, I can definitely say that you have found your realtor. Look no further! I have worked with a number of realtors in the past and most can't hold a candle to the integrity and foresight that Mateus Realty puts into every property they place their sign on. If your buying, then consider Mr. Mateus and Jeff family because that is how you will feel when they help you navigate the treacherous landscape of home ownership in 2024! If you happen to see a Mateus Realty sign on the lawn, know you are buying a good home at the right price! I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking into buying or selling property.
