My primary care medical team diagnosed me with an eye medical emergency. They did not have the advanced equipment to treat me, so they referred me to Vision Care at the Brown Center. When I arrived, they were booked solid, but still found time to treat me. Their medical care was excellent. They were also very compassionate, explaining what happened to me, and the treatment plan to help me recover.

I had a bad experience with the staff in East Providence. To their credit, the first person I had spoken with in Lincoln called to follow-up. She was appalled at how I had been treated. Then Dr. Brown called and apologized. He gave me his cellphone number and has continued to check in on me. He turned a bad experience into a good one.

Dr. Brown is the absolute best! He is highly specialized in his craft, very patient, and has a tremendous sense of humor. He takes the time to educate his patients. I have an unusual eye condition, which prevented me from driving on highways for years, without getting completely overwhelmed. I saw several eye doctors before my eye condition was able to be identified with Dr. Brown. I thought I was going crazy! He effectively resolved my eye issues and I have been able to drive with ease ever since. Thank you so much for all your help, I am truly grateful. I highly recommend him as a doctor.
