Life savers!!! I called around to maybe 10 different cleaners. None of them could help with steaming my dress. The team at East Winds could, though! They were so kind: they kept their machines on till I arrived to be able to steam my dress I needed for a wedding. And it came out perfect. Thank you so much!! Will definitely return!

Highly recommend! Very professional and courteous. I brought suits in to be dry cleaned and needed them sooner on a Friday than I thought because we were heading out of town. When I called and asked if there was any way I could have them ASAP, the nice woman helping me went back and tracked down both suits and shirts and put a rush on them so I could have them within 2 hours instead of 4Pm. They were so understanding, pleasant and happy to help!

Used the Warwick location for the past 15 years with a family of 6. Service was always outstanding. They never lost or damaged a single item which is pretty amazing for this period of time with the quantity of stuff we sent there. We used their 2x a week pick up and delivery service, and the driver was friendly and efficient.Also if you wear a lot of polo shirts take note: they put these stick on plastic gizmos on the color tabs so that they lay flat and look great!We have recently moved out of RI, and I have to say I will miss them!
