My family has utilized Mike and his staff for decades for all computer needs. Good peeps work here. Buying one, repairing one, parts, desktop, laptop, printer issues, anything- One stop shop. You will not find a more qualified, customer service driven and focused professional. His prices are fair, his advice is on point. He is also not located in a monstrous big box strip mall in a fancy building with high overhead. I revel in this fact because he is a hidden local business gem. He's a nice guy It did take longer than normal cause the screen he got in the first time there was an error said he was giving refund but didn't see that cause he didn't know how bad the first screen was until I signed in but he definitely proved he knew what he was doing when the second screen came in.
