My three year old daughter cut her hair in the late afternoon the day before her very first day of school. Joanne squeezed us in last minute to fix her hair and saved the first day of school! I have never been to Reflections salon but I will certainly be returning/recommending Joanne to others. I couldn’t be more grateful!
Today was my first visit and I was overdue for a haircut. Joanne was kind, professional and understood that I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible. She explained how much needed to be cut and then did a great job styling it. She even gave me some ideas to style it at home. I appreciated her advice and will be back.
I have been petrified to go to a salon and had not done so in more than 15 years. My hair was to my waist and I needed a change. JoAnne was so kind and friendly, I felt so at ease. I have never left a salon feeling so happy, even after cutting my hair to my shoulders. She did an absolutely beautiful job!!! She was so easy to chat with, the salon was beyond comfortable....just the most comfortable vibe. I highly, highly recommend Reflections!!! JoAnne, I am so very thankful!
