Pronails & Spa is a busy business known for its top-notch nail care and spa treatments. Clients praise the knowledgeable and courteous staff, highlighting the owner's commitment to customer service. Many customers, particularly those who see Jenny and Tammy, appreciate the long-lasting results of their dip manicures and Gel X services, as well as their talent for nail art. The laid-back family atmosphere adds to the charm of this hidden gem, making it a favorite for many who have been coming for years.
However, the spa does only accept cash, which has been a point of frustration for some customers who prefer to use credit cards. This policy is not always clearly communicated, leading to inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's ability to deliver results and the friendly service make it a great business overall.
Sarah was absolutely amazing! She took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything came out perfect. My manicure and pedicure look fantastic, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about quality and making you feel comfortable, I highly recommend booking with Sarah. I’ll definitely be back!
Lin na (please forgive me for misspelling) was lovely. She was efficient and kind and gave a great massage during the pedicure. The place seemed clean and comfortable. The negative was that my appointment was at 10:00 am and who I assume is the owner, didn’t open the doors until 10:06, and I didn’t get started until 10:20.
I went in as a walk in and was pleasantly surprised to be seen right away. I was limited on time and had a gel pedi and mani in only an hour and 15 minutes. They were both very friendly and efficient. Will be going back!
