I've lived in three different locations here in RI in which I have used different cleaners. This is my favorite cleaners in every way! The alternations and cleanings are always spot on. People there are respectful, caring, and kind.

I have always been pleased with the speed, quality, and friendliness of luxury cleaners but today was rather disappointed. The female employee was smoking right outside the front door when I arrived, something I was willing to overlook but I had my daughter with me so I was already a little annoyed by this. The employee was pleasant and did not smell of smoke inside the store but she had left her cigarette butts in the sand on the ledge outside the door and my curious 4 year old daughter picked them up while I loaded the clothes into the car. I'm sorry, but that is disgusting and unacceptable. Kids don't know better, but adults do. If you need to smoke, at least do it...read full review
