“First time cut with Joanne and I’m so so happy with it! I have THICK, coarse, wavy (2b/2c) shoulder length hair. Joanne gave me a trim, preserved the length & refreshed my layers. AND WOW— I’m thrilled with how it looks. Note— she cuts it wet (in case that might make you nervous bc of all the hype about dry cuts)… but I promise you, she knows hair! She knows how to layer thick hair. TRUST. Also the salon space is super cute and Joanne is a lovely person. Thanks for an amazing cut Joanne— I’ll be back in a few months!“

She cut and styled my hair just the way I like it. She is very experienced in hair cutting and knew exactly the style I was looking for. ( She also gave me some very helpful hair tips.). “One of the nicer in the area. Friendly inviting staff.After leaving the salon, 2 miles away, no one was in the salon two stylist give me an appointment two hours away. I sat in the chair, then decided to leave and go to the Cumberland salon, they greeted me with a smile. Nice haircut, friendly conversation.I felt comfortable and will return.One of the better haircuts I received from Supercuts. I think she said her name was Brandi (friendly, happy, down-to-earth, non-pretentious)“
