Brought our giant flemish rabbit there today, fantastic experience. Doctor and vet staff, we're so kind. We're very upfront about pricing before anything was done. And the pricing was very fair. We were also given multiple options of care, also with the pricing. Will absolutely be using them for all our exotic pet needs.
The doctor we have seen was always nice and understanding of our very anxious pup. The front desk and vet techs have mostly all been incredibly miserable and rude. Did not feel welcome to be there or get good vibes so for that reason we left.
I've been using this vet for over 5 years now for are boston terrier, (frankie)and a chihuahua (hazal).thay been there for many issues from a injured leg to to cancer, my boston terrier (Frankie) 9 yes old lost his battle with a very aggressive cancer last week and compassionate care was there for use when it came time to put him to sleep so he wouldn't suffer anymore. Hardest thing a dog loving owner can ever do.I want to thank them so much for meeting are family there and helping us get through this difficult time.thank you from the grace family.
