I highly recommend their services. I was in a bad place and needed help fast. Steven could sense the urgency and despair in my voice. He and Bobby made me their first stop. Not only did they quickly resolve the problem, but Bobby gave some some great advice to avoid this going forward. I offered Steven a tip for the quick save. He graciously refused after I offered it several times. It's rare to find good people with integrity who are so willing to help. They could have charged me an outrageous fee, but provided the service at a very fair price. They have my business for life! Thank you both for being good men. We'll see you for regular service soon.

Bobby and Steven make an outstanding team in every way . As others have noted below, they are professional, reasonable in charges, punctual and thoroughly amiable. Bobby always responded promptly via email or phone or both when I left a message.They showed up exactly on time this morning to pump my tank and left the place neat and clean afterwards. In my 28 years at the present dwelling, only one other service was as good as that of Bobby and Steven, and I think they even exceeded that one in courtesies.

Without reservation, I highly recommend Coia Sanitation for your septic care.From the first call from Steven, I was impressed with his professionalism and the time he took to explain things to me, even before I made an appointment for him to come. In that amount of time I went from almost freaking out to feeling at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the communication, the work done, the time invested in educating me about my system, and the pricing. Steven was so nice, he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Customer service like this is not common these days. Call and make an appointment, you will be glad you did.
