Throughout the process, Ali answered all of my emails in a timely manner and took the time to answer any questions I had with detail and care. Ali and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I wore a boat-neck dress for my summer wedding, and even though I normally wear my hair down, I wanted a style that would show off the back of my dress. At my April trial, Ali took all my screenshots and brought my vision to life with a gorgeous, whimsical-yet-clean French twist. The trial was so helpful for visualizing the final look and adjusting the small details, which allowed me to feel completely calm on the big day. Ali Lomazzo and her team did the hair and makeup for my sister's wedding, and after our experience that day it was an easy choice on who to book for my own wedding!
Ali made me feel at ease starting at the hair and makeup trial, where she clearly understood exactly what I was looking for based on a few pictures and a quick consultation. She made an effort to understand my hair type and skin type to provide a long-lasting product. We made a few tweaks at my trial, but I was so happy with the result. She even squeezed me in when I asked if she could do a quick hairstyle for my rehearsal dinner.
