The owner James is truly a hero. Huge shout out to Rayna for educating me on squirrels (specifically learned behavior). I live on the third floor of a multi-story house/ apartment in Providence. In the 4 years that I have lived here- my old property manager could not find an effective pest control company to address the issue of squirrels residing in the attic above me- the squirrels would be trapped and removed but it was a never ending ordeal with them returning. I dealt with hearing the sounds of scurrying squirrels for entirely too long. I am so pleased that I called Vanguard! Andy was wonderful to work with..professional, polite, knowledgeable, punctual and just a really nice guy that was eager to solve my problem! And Andy was able to do what Terminex couldn’t do over a six year period in less than a few months? Forever grateful ??
