Charlie is reluctant to call people back even on a servicing issue on a system that he installed himself. I've needed his help a couple of times in the past few months and he has not been there for us, declining to offer assistance. If I did business the way he does I wouldn't have many customers left. Take your business elsewhere.

Words can't describe my disappointment with this company. They did a repair on my ac unit. Took 3 months for the part to come in......defective. Standish.....left me hanging in the breeze.....took me for thousands. I will never do business with them again. Shame.
