The doctors, including Dr. Rick, Dr. Tom, and Dr. Liner, are wonderful, down-to-earth, and personable. The office staff is kind, funny, and informative, making the experience pleasant and welcoming. Patients have been satisfied with the quality of service and have been returning for over 10 years. The center also offers good deals on frames, making it a great place to find a good value. Overall, Coventry Eye Care Associates Optical Center is a great choice for eye care needs.
The reason I gave a 3 star rating I'm annoyed with Dr. Richard Linder, he was joking about something I didn't like about a medical condition I have, it's not a joke, after I walked to my car I felt upset and disrespected, the lady's at the desk were sweethearts they didn't do anything wrong, I don't know if I want to go back, or just start looking for a new optometrist
I see Dr. Tom at Coventry Eye Care and he is amazing! He is kind, caring, and attentive. He listens to my concerns and questions, and I never feel rushed during our appointments. The office staff at Coventry Eye Care are also excellent. They are very kind, and their patient care is exceptional! Whenever I call the office for an emergency appointment they always get me in the same day. The office is clean, and has ample amount of parking.
I can’t fathom seeing any one other than Dr. Rick. He is very friendly, Explains and readily answers whatever questions you may have. He has never steered me wrong with my eye care health. Gets you in and out. The choice of eyeglasses may hold you up for a bit. There are so many choices!
I had a nice woman helping me but it took awhile because I’m so wishy washy. She was very accommodating.Cant wait to get my glasses. All in all, a great visit.
