We moved into a mid-century home a year ago, full of wall-to-wall carpet, and though it was well cared for, we had no idea the last time it was deep cleaned. There were a few troublesome set-in stains from previous foot traffic, and I had little hope they would ever come out. I contacted a few rug cleaning companies, and Michael was the most responsive and helpful with my questions and gave me a reasonable price for all 7 rooms and hallway. He arrived on time as scheduled and took the time to go over the lay of the land and what the cleaning entailed. We used Total Floor Care for carpet cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Then we had a pipe break and get our brand new carpeting wet. Michael came right over when we called and wet vacuumed the rug and left his industrial fan to dry it. He was so very helpful and professional.
