The office staff and Dr Malek are exceptional. The issue with my insurance was explained to me and handled professionally . I was able to be treated the same day. I have been seeing Dr.Malek for quite some time and have always been please . Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable are a great combination. If you are looking for a chiropractic office you should give them a try .
I come to decrescenzo by choice over the course of 12 years . I was in a couple bad accidents they always put me back together. The office is always clean organized. The lighting and atmosphere is warm calming and inviting. The staff professional and very knowledgeable of my avenue of care. Dr Amy is amazing and Jessica is a angel. She is tentative to all the patients.alwsys friendly and professional . And yes they clean and sanitize everything. In fact they always have they wipe the beds down the paddles for the tens machine.they clean like this all the time didn't need covid to tell them to sanitize. The Central Falls location is awesome, all the ladies here are fabulous, and always flexible and accommodating to what you need. I would highly recommend this lovely team! Everyone is always welcoming and personable!
