AA Locksmith is a local, family-owned business with a long history and extensive experience in the field. Founded by Bob Parmentier in 1992, the company has been passed down to his son-in-law, who now runs it with his wife.
Their services are highly regarded by customers, with many praising the professionalism and efficiency of their technicians. A customer recently had a historic Russwin lockset restored by Christopher, who presented a refurbished lockset in just 48 hours, explaining how to reinstall and care for it in detail. Another customer praised Christopher for his friendly service while getting new Key FOBs, stating he went above and beyond expectations.
Pricing is also a notable aspect of AA Locksmith's services, as one customer mentioned paying only half of what a dealer had quoted them for the same job.
Additionally, the company has demonstrated its reliability and responsiveness in emergency situations. One customer was able to quickly resolve an issue with a garage door opener, allowing them to access a family member's house while they were away. The technician dispatched to the scene was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, contributing to the overall positive experience.
In summary, AA Locksmith is a reputable and reasonably priced local business with skilled technicians like Christopher, who is known for his extraordinary ability to educate and serve customers, ensuring a commitment to satisfaction.
Josh is amazing! My keys were locked inside my car across the street from his shop and he took time out of his day, even though his shop was closed, to come over and help me out. Even in the rain Josh didn’t hesitate to help me out. So thankful for him!
Today was my first time visiting AA Locksmith (Lonsdale Ave) and Christopher quickly provided me with a copy of a key for the common entrance at my large condo complex. He not only offered knowledgeable & friendly service, he also offered some very kind and sound advice on how to avoid losing my keys in the future. I feel I've made a new friend in AA Locksmith & Christopher. I will definitely be back for all my key & lock requirements. Thank You, Christopher for the Wonderful Service. Tani DiNocco
Christopher was very professional and helpful! We misplaced our spare key and he created a new one in a matter of seconds. Upon noticing that our original was bent/warped, he suggested no longer using it and made an additional key for us to use. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service!
