Do not rent an apartment listed through this agency. I viewed an apartment and was told by their agent prior to filling out the application that there would be a REFUNDABLE pet deposit for my animal , fine so I proceeded with the application for which they charge you a $250 administrative fee for if you decide to not rent the apartment. Upon being approved, I was told it was a NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit, so now I was forced with the decision to pay the $250 fee to them for not taking the apartment or paying the non refundable pet deposit. Towards the end of my lease I was contacted more than once by this agency asking me if I was moving out early, to help them with turnover....read full review
