Tim and his team was fantastic! Our hot water heater blew on Thursday afternoon leaving us with no hot water! Tim and his team were over first things the next day with an upgraded/better unit with more capacity than our old one and had it up and running in a couple of hours. After that, a short while later our heat for the house would not turn on and Tim’s team came back to our house, found what was causing that issue and got us running again!
Tim and his team are life savers and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work to be performed!

I am a senior citizen, who shoveled alone all day and all night in Blizzard of '26, only to come indoors, finally, late at night to find water running nonstop and water in my basement. Jose and Mason came out the next morning after shoveling out their truck, which had been snowed in. They arrived in good moods, were confident and reassuring in their trouble shooting, and made a thorough assessment and plan. They are the epitome of customer service! I had Tim come out and replace a faucet in my bathroom. He was very upfront and honest about the work that had to be done. I will be having him and his team back to my house for other needed repairs. Stand-up guy.
