I went in for a gel manicure with extensions. My manicurist was vigorous and rough with my hands. She left my nails much shorter than I wanted. Bumpy and crooked nail beds as well. Mind you, this was after having acrylics. My manicurist, Diana, did not fully remove my acrylic on my left pointer finger so now there is a noticable thicker nail there. Not to mention, she smelt like fish and had poor manners. Won't be returning if not for a massage.
Nails have come out GREAT. However, I was up charged $10 for a file during a fill which is uncommon. Receptionist lacks basic customer service skills and comes off quite rude. Great nails, bad experience (pick your battles I guess!)
I went as a walk-in but unfortunately for me they were busy. The receptionist ask if I could come back later and made me an appointment.
Annie gave me a super cute gel manicure and pedicure! Very clean environment, I kept seeing the technicians clean when they didn't have a client.
