I never write review, but I had to for this. This has to be the rudest office staff. They don't even pick up the phone.

Great way to ruin your mood for the day and to get a work out as they'll be giving you a good run around.

This place is a NO for my future business, I would rather risk my car and safety in providence than deal with the office staff here.

I visited the Dermatogy office and had a great visit overall. My PCP noticed sun Sun exposure "spots" that looked like they could be potentially dangerous. So I was nervous & anxious...... The Staff was extremely polite and helpful and very funny as well. That certainly helps when you are worrying about a spot or too on your body that is "suspect". The Nurse Practitioner Meghan King & Brian were extremely knowledgeable and patient as they eplained all my questions/concerns and explored my PCP's findings very carefully with a full exam. Giving smart tips on healthy skin care as you age. Im looking forward to the follow up but I wish all Health Care offices were run this well with a happy, helpful & Caring atmosphere.

Hard to get ahold of people. Drs and office staff are often out and difficult to communicate with effectively. Appointments are often late and long, lots of wasted time going in circles.
