Everyone is always friendly. Aurora has been cutting my hair for 7+ years and is great and completely reliable and fun to chat with. I find the online booking easy and always can find an appointment.
Aeris did a fantastic job cutting my hair I have a very difficult cowlick to contend with that most people cannot get it to look correct and this is the first one I'm here it's a great job highly recommend her
JILL'S EYES ARE BETTER THAN HER EARS
She did not want to hear what I wanted; she wanted a picture and a picture only, it seemed.
I would have been smart to show her the picture first, as she was visibly annoyed as I began saying:
1. No thinning shears, please.
2. I don't want my bangs to look wispy, which will make my forehead visible through strands of hair.
3. I want point cutting on the ends so it doesn't look feathery or thin.
I told her that I wanted a shaggy look, not a coiffed look. She didn't know what coiffed meant. When I told her it meant neat and clean, she then suggested, with attitude, that I didn't actually want a shaggy look...read full review
