Hiring East Bay to do our wood floors was the best thing we ever did. Even though our floor is old( character!) and damaged in some areas Freddy did a remarkable job. He repaired the damaged areas and worked quickly and thoroughly. We are beyond thrilled and highly recommend Fred and his team.
I was impressed with Fred since the first contact. He was prompt in his replies and his quick quote. He took the time when first seeing our floors to answer all questions and give us a sense of what to expect. Our interaction gave us the confidence to move forward with him and we were not disappointed. His work was amazing. Our floors were in bad shape with many stains. The new floors are truly amazing! The stains are gone, the real wood and grain shine through. It looks beautiful. Fred is courteous, timely, reasonable, responsible, great to work with, and delivers a quality product. We highly recommend him.
I can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Fred and his team. Having people come into your home is super stressful and Fred was incredibly sensitive to this fact. I never once doubted that we were in great hands.
As for the actual work, this is the most beautiful our floors have ever looked. The difference in his craftsmanship is palpable! These floors are not highly glossed, shiny, sticky. Whatever products and skills he used create a result that is more like conditioning the wood and letting the natural beauty shine. It is next level!
He also cut us a mean deal! We will definitely be using him and his team for any future needs.
