Doug was phenomenal, he had a great attitude, his attention to detail was perfect and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Doug has completed inspections at six homes I have purchased over the years and has also done an inspection for my sister when she was purchasing her home. Doug is very knowledgeable in all areas of a home, and he comes prepared to spend as much time as needed to cover just about every inch of the house. He will climb into small spaces to get a better look at something and brings his ladder to get to the top. He understands all systems of a house whether it's an antique home or a modern, fully electronic one. The report that Doug sends after the inspection, complete with photos, is detailed and helpful, and he includes an urgency rating on anything that needs attention....read full review
