This is hands down the best salon in Barrington and the entire East Bay! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxing—it feels like a little retreat. Thea is an absolute gem. She gives me the best haircut I’ve ever had—every time—and really takes the time to listen to what I want while also offering thoughtful suggestions.
What I love most is that it’s not just about the haircut (though it’s always perfect); it’s about the whole experience. The salon has such a calming, friendly energy that you actually look forward to your appointment. I leave feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of.

Absolutely great quality, customer service AND, a welcoming and comfortable vibe? You'll find it here at Bloom. Fantastic.. Shena is a magician and has really helped my chemical dry hair become softer and more manageable. You can't ask for more than this!
The stylist, Jessica, is the reason for the 5 star rating! She listened to what I wanted, and she delivered. I came in for a color (greys) and cut. From the moment she had me sit in her chair through the color application and hair cut, I was confident she knew what she was doing. I was a new client so you understand my apprehensions.
