Been coming here almost 6 weeks now, and I love it. Friendly, clean, nice vibe just across from the lovely Westmount park. Thoroughly enjoy the yoga classes with Leila and Mahsa. Pleased with the machines and the weights room. Love the sauna. Glad to have signed up, no regrets.
The gym is pretty nice. And other sports also available. I just moved here and I was looking for affordable options and this place seems pretty nice. I like to work out every day so I come here every day and use all the machines so it is a good use of my time.
I attend spin classes every week with Scott and Jacques on Mondays and Wednesdays, and they are really excellent. I never miss these classes because the energy, motivation, and structure are always on point. Today they even hosted a special class together, which was fantastic. I really appreciate both of them and the great experience they consistently provide.
