Stuck in washing machin for 10min no phone connect any care at all so have to call 911 so bad and awful experience need to check machine. yes, machine have a chance not working but the staff reaction make me angry he watched just in front of monitor but nothing do ? I will not go there ever
I got stuck in the car wash because there was a blackout in the car wash. It's okay it can happen, but I don't understand why the staff have to wait for the manager coming from I don't know where, telling he will be there in 5 minutes, it's been 30 minutes and still isn't here. Really disorganized!!!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT EVER TAKE CARWASH FROM THAT PLACE!!!!!!
Best automatic car wash in my area (and I've tried them all)Revised May 2023: Still recommend the carwash but don't ever get gas here. Their pumps got hacked and it seemed like no one was dealing with it.
