Do not go there! Incompetent, rude employees. According Mohamad, that worked there this afternoon “it’s not his problem” if the car wash left my car full of soap and still dirty!
Last week I bought a car wash, it was 2 for 1 for the Extra wash.
Washed the car and when I got home right after, I realized my car was still completely dirty. I called them and they told me to come back and they’ll give me a re-wash. I did the next morning and the car was still dirty! There was even still soap left leaking down the windows! Yesterday I had an interaction with your cashier Hana she does not know how to speak with customer and she was sleepy or not interested in her job. When i asked her the total amount of my purchases she raised her voice which made me not to come here again in future. Please give them proper training.
16 September 2024. UPDATE AGAIN. went is person to the Shell gas station and the intendant did not have any forms form for me to fill out so he ask me to write a personal letter to his manager and he will make sure his manager will receive it and contact me that was 2 weeks ago. Still no contact and my case is still on standby? Added new photos....19 July 2024UPDATE!!!!!! Still no clear contact and basically been given the run around!! Now she'll is asking me to go in-person to fill out yet another form! This is 2024 I am pretty sure I can get a pdf form and what they need more from me.
