Brought my 600$ coat there to have the zipper changed as it was faulty, as well as get 4 buttons sewn on. Bill came out to 90$, the person serving me was rude when I mentioned that I didn't have a receipt because their machine wasn't working. Got home to inspect the work and the buttons were so tight against the coat I had to wrestle them loose. The zipper they put in feels cheap, like the kind you'd expect from a cheap hoodie or fall jacket. The stitchery itself looks ugly, it feels like it was a rough job. For 90$ I expected a hell of a lot better. Never going back.

Dry cleaning is pretty straight forward and good. The seamstress is good for the basic need I had. Quick service and courteous staff
