Stick with me here because it's a bit of a journey. I had a terrible experience with H&R Block trying to file my 2023 taxes. It was a long story I won't bore you with, but to make it short, I was ignored until AFTER the due date and had to pay a lot of money last minute to get them rushed by an accountant so I would not be penalized.
