I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent cleaning service provided by this company. I engaged them services based on the initial quote of $264.44, but I was charged $339.18 before start or completion of the service. Firstly, when the team arrived, I specifically instructed them to focus on cleaning the kitchen,bathroom, and living room, excluding the bedrooms. Furthermore, the cleaning provided was far from satisfactory. Despite the additional charge, none of the tasks were completed to an acceptable standard. The dishes , drawers , shelves , the bathroom and living room were left untouched, and only surfaces were superficially cleaned. Essential areas such as the bottom part of the stove, fridge, and floor were neglected, which was particularly disappointing given these were outlined as priority areas for cleaning. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided and the discrepancy between the initial quote and the final invoice. .
