I consulted the one associated with the curtain department for a Bali brand blind purchased 3 years ago and which I had broken when changing my window. The lady from home depot contacted a manager at Bali who exchanged the blind without any problem. In my house, all the windows are equipped with Bali. But I want to emphasize the kindness of the lady at Home Depot who went way beyond her job (giving me the Bali phone number) and made arrangements. Bali has a 10 year warranty and what a fantastic service.

Such a great experience! Robert was so helpful and kind in helping us and he really made the in-store experience great! He deserves a raise! I will be coming back to buy all tools here. The employee at checkout was also very kind. Great place, great prices, and great employees!

I’ve been visiting this location for a couple of years during renovations of my home. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and available. I was served today by Marlene, she helped me find the correct and best materials for my small tile renovation. I much appreciated her willingness to serve and appreciated the fun small talk.Will recommend and return.
