Doctor Arlette Cihanyan and Shannon Teck Yong are the best optometrists. I did not have a great experience with Nadia Wilhan, she decided to lower my prescription after it had been stable for years (I only did the check up so that I could order my contact lense). I am not even thirty yet and she decided to lower my prescription (as you get older, those with myopia have to decrease the strenght).
Kristene is the sweetest optician! Answers all questions and does her work diligently. There is another optician, I cannot remember her name but you can tell she's always in a bad mood. I could barely get a sentence out the last time without her interrupting me and attempting...read full review
I want to give a special thanks to Antoine with the afro. My mother was scheduled a follow up exam with the wrong doctor and i was very frustrated as she has major vision issues. When i spoke with him on the phone he was very calming and was able to squeeze her in with the right doctor. After the exam, he helped her choose frames and she is difficult but his customer service was above and beyond! She left happy and satisfied thanks to him. I hope his skills are valued by his colleagues as we have had a lot of issues with this clinic and the staff in the past. Thanks to him we will be coming back!
Last week, I ordered my new lenses that had to be inserted in my actual frame (bought in 2023) that was still in excellent condition. Therefore, I asked for a rush job because I had to give away my glasses and had to wear my old glasses for several days. Costco Vision Center was amazing, and I got my glasses in five days. A very special thanks to SERGE, the optometrist. In all my life, I have never seen someone so precise and so perfectionist. The best service ever. Thanks you Serge!
