The service is outstanding. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Alexandra was very professional. She went out of her way to explain my results and took it upon herself to contact the CPAP machine manufacturer and convince them to resolve my problem even though my machine was out of warranty. Communication was excellent.

Felicia was super helpful and proactive! She printed my sleep data report and explained everything on there and how the settings on my CPAP machine worked. This helped me find and solve the problems I was having with the machine. It was waking me up by applying too much pressure sometimes. I was able to adjust the settings to make it stop doing that while still enabling it to work to help me breathe while sleeping. I am sleeping better and more consistently now! No more unnecessary wake-ups! Wish I had done those fixes many months sooner! Very much appreciated Felicia!
