I was referred to this facility and couldn’t be happier. From the moment of intake, Alex was thorough with the assessment process. Was eager to provide the help that I needed to get back to work and everyday life activities. His approach to how we were going to proceed was clear. Any adjustments made along the way were seen as milestones achieved and his positive attitude was encouraging. The progress made in only 5 weeks is incredible. I’ve learnt that the right fit, the right provider can speed up the recovery process ten fold. Very happy and would suggest his services to anyone. The support staff is welcoming and the facility is bright and clean.
I have been seeing Alex for a couple of years now with different chronic pain issues. From my first visit with him I felt so comfortable and hopeful! Alex is so kind, patient and understanding, he explains everything so well. My sessions with him at the clinic and the exercises he gives me to do at home have allowed me to have relief from my pain for long periods. I am so grateful to him and would recommend him to everyone!
I must also mention that the clinic and all the staff are wonderful!
I’ve had an amazing experience at Physiothérapie Universelle. Alex, my physiotherapist, is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explains things clearly and tailors each session to your needs, making real progress feel achievable. Barria, my occupational therapist, is kind, attentive, and truly skilled,she’s helped me regain function and confidence. The front desk staff are also fantastic, always friendly and welcoming. The whole team creates a professional yet warm environment. I highly recommend them!
