I went into Veronique a week before as I wanted a consultation with regards to my hair. I have extremely dry hair and had not had it done in over a year and was quite damaged. Marcela took the time to discuss with me what she thought was needed. The day of my appointment @ 1 pm, Marcela sat with me again to go over what she recommended. I was there for almost 3 hours, and I was pleasantly surprised at the results and time she took with me. I got a pedicure as well as some waxing done by Emma and she was absolutely wonderful. I have very sensitive skin and the waxing barely left any residual pain/inflammation, which is not usually my experience! Would 10/10 recommend.
I unfortunately smudged my beautiful nail polish application on my big toe shortly after leaving the salon. I returned 3 hours later just before close on a Saturday and the owner re-did the application herself - insisting that she would fix it (I just asked to be able to re-do it myself). Above and beyond service - and she would not accept a tip. I walked away a very happy customer!!!
