“In 2018, Protech managed the construction of my restaurant according to the franchisor's requirements near their office in Varennes. Everything went very well, approach and impeccable customer service. Came back from time to time in the weeks and months that followed to make some additions and corrections following inspections by the franchisor, the city, etc.<br><br>6 years later, at the beginning of 2024, I have a contact problem with the fire alarm system which turns off my main fans. No one can solve the problem, everyone passes the buck for months. I contact Protech to see who did the installation 6 years ago, in case they could help me see things more clearly. Protech told me: we will come and see with our electrician and they will call me back a few days later to tell me that the problem is indeed with the fire system and that the problem is now resolved!<br><br>Some time later, I received an invoice indicating nothing to pay because it was under warranty...<br><br>How many companies have this concern for customer service 6 years later?<br><br>When we talk about exceeding customer expectations, this is a great example. Just wow!”
