Good service but very disappointed for my contact lenses they recommended that I change to softer lenses and I am no longer able to put them on. I bought a set of 6 and I opened two together which I managed to put each one once and the time was running out that it costs me a lot to have used them only once in my 30 days I don't even dare open another pair
Excellent customer service, courtesy, politeness, the whole kit, everything! And in addition zero greed, the customer has the choice to buy elsewhere, no obligation and/or pressure from the merchant. Well done!!!!
Excellent service from start to finish, whether through the welcome during this pandemic, my examination or for my choice of glasses. It was Diane who advised me and she was very patient with me. She found the perfect lens despite my many uncertainties. Very excited to receive my frames!
