We arrived on July 1, 2024. We did a very thorough inventory and the next day we had a visit from the trace workers who carried out the work for us in less than 8 days, well done and thank you very much.
Négocier les aléas de la vie de locataire avec son locateur n'est pas toujours facile. Je trouve toutefois mon expérience avec Thrace satisfaisante : mon gestionnaire, M. Quinti, est un gentleman. Il s'est montré ouvert et à l'écoute; nous avons réglé ensemble plusieurs situations problématiques. Jusqu'à maintenant, je recommande cette entreprise de gestion d'immeuble.
